After the
building company hand ower your flat, you have some responsibilities. You are
responsible with paying your Electric, water bills and you have every year 2
times tax to the Minicipality. And also we recommend you to do a private
insurance for your flat agains to Earthquick, fire, damage, stolen etc.

Customer Service covers following subjects;
1.)Elecricity bills;
Electric
bills comes every monthes. From Elecric office an officer comes and read your
electric meter index and write the receipt and put in to your mail box. Paying
date start 1 week after than report date and 8-10 days, you should pay it. Our
Liberal24/Customer Service will pay it in the time.
2.)Water
bills;
Water bills
comes every monthes. From water office an officer comes and read your water
meter index and write the receipt and put in to your mail box. Paying date start
about 2 weeks after than report date and 8-10 days, you should pay it. . Our
Liberal24/Customer Service will pay it in the time.
3.)Property
Tax; Property tax is paid in 2 part in a year. The first part is paid
in March, April, May.
The Second
Part is paid in November. Property tax will be paid to Town Hall office. . Our
Liberal24/Customer Service will pay it in the time.
4.)Garbage collection tax;
This tax
comes in water bill, you don’t need to pay it separately.
5.)
Insurance ; We will do your insurance every year.
6.)
Insurance help; When something happened at your flat about insurance covering
subject,
Liberal24/Customer Sevice will arrnge necessary documents with insuranse company
and help you on this matter.
7.) Free Information:
Liberal24/ Customer Service lead you about all kind of information. We give the
information or we find out for you.
8.)
Arranging tours; The member of
Liberal24/Customer Service will able to use our special tour arrangments with
very advantage price. You can ask about any kind of tours ( Boat Tour, Jeep
Safari, Turkish Bath, Pamukkale, Capadocia, Diving, Aspendos-Side-Waterfall,
Turkish Night... etc.)

Emergency service;
Liberal24/
Customer Service also will help you if you need emergency help ( when you are
ill, when you need a doctor etc.) . You can contact us 24 hours when you need
such help.

service; 150 Euro
How can you
be a member of this system ?
-You are
going to pay 500 Euro for joining this service.
-From this 500
Euro, 150 Euro will be for the service cost, and the rest 350 Euro will be spend
for your bills (Elecric bill, water bill, insurance, property tax, if available
phone, internet etc. )
-End of the
year we will check your amount and you can continue the system with the same
ways. If you have extra money from passing year it will be add to new year.

to join this system you can sign Liberal

agreement.
